The subscription to Norby allows your team to use our bot in the Norby Chat with all collateral benefits. You can still use Norby without paying for it, but the bot and automatizations will be disabled.

The Trial Period

When you sign up on Norby, you automatically jump on the 30-day trial period. We do not require you to provide a credit card or other payment methods during this period.

Pricing Model

After the trial has ended, we automatically subscribe you to our usage-based plan.

The summary of the basic plan:

• All features are included
• Every automatization costs €0.17/day (or ≈€5/month)
• We use the “use-first pay-later” model, where you will be charged monthly at the end of the payment period.

<aside> 👉 Let’s say that on the 1st day of the month*, you have 5 active automatizations. You have not disabled them throughout the whole month. Along with them, you have added 3 new automatizations on the 15th day of this month. So, at the end of the month, you will pay:

(5 × 30 × €0.17) + (3 × 15 × €0.17) = €33.15

*in the example, the month lasts for 30 days

Adding Payment Methods

All payment methods are safely stored in Stripe. To add one, you should go to your Stripe account from the billing page in the settings by clicking “Manage in Stripe”.
