How It Works

Some specific automatizations in Norby are linked to triggers (if you are unfamiliar with what automatizations are, read the article about them first).

All available triggers:

• Greeting — triggered when a user starts a new chat with the bot NB: You can have only one automatization with such trigger per a bot
• Team Assigning — triggered when the bot can’t handle a user request and is about to send the whole conversation to a team. NB: You can have only one automatization with such trigger per a bot

The automatizations with the Greeting and Team Assigning triggers are created automatically with the default content in it. To find them, go to the automatization page, and find an automatisation that has a mark “GREETING” or “TEAM ASSIGNING” near its name.

You can remove created automatically automatizations with the Greeting and Team Assigning triggers. But you can always deactivate it if needed by turning off the switcher “Active near the “Save” button.
