The key part of the Norby Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engine is automatizations. They help to set up how and what issues Norby Bot can handle on its own.

To create a new automatization, click the “+” button at the top. Then, provide content for Norby Bot (it can be an article from your knowledge base or any other text). If you want the bot to answer with specific widgets, set them up along with provided content.
Also, in Norby, you can find automatizations with triggers, for example, for greeting leads and users. Learn more about such functionality here.
