Email Notifications Overview

Agents and managers can get email notifications for new messages and/or newly assigned chats. To turn on them, go to the Profile Settings to the block with email notifications.

If a user who has written a message to your team has entered their email, it will be visible in email notifications along with their messages. It should shed some light on who is messaging you and whether you should react right now or it can be postponed for some time.
